Double Your Donation: For every £1 you give to this project the Government will donate a further £1... the Grassroots Endowment Challenge can make your giving have an even bigger impact. All donations made during the Challenge will receive gift aid plus a 100% government ‘top up’ - £1 to the challenge becomes £2.56 supporting local communities...but only until June 2011!
Grassroots Grants is a key element of the Government's strategy for building stronger and more active communities... please note that the grassroots grants programme is now open to community groups with an annual income of less than £30,000... this announcement was recently made by the Office of the Third Sector, responsible for funding the programme.
