NB: The Registration Form is not an application for funding - it simply registers your organisation with us so that we can keep you up to date with future funds being administered or managed by the Birmingham & Black Country Community Foundation.

Please download, complete and return our Registration Form.pdf / Registration Form.doc (Microsoft Word Version) to enable us to keep your details on our database and inform you of new funds as and when they arise.
