Registration Form
NB: The Registration Form is not an application for funding - it simply registers your organisation with us so that we can keep you up to date with future funds being administered or managed by the Birmingham Community Foundation.
Please download, complete and return our Registration Form.pdf / Registration Form.doc (Microsoft Word Version) to enable us to keep your details on our database and inform you of new funds as and when they arise.
